Tour Overview

Expose students to modern scientific galleries in Ahmedabad and travel back 4,500 years at Lothal, finishing with the architectural marvel of the Statue of Unity.

Select Package Plan:

Day 1: Train to Ahmedabad

Board the train from Pune towards Ahmedabad (20:10 hrs). Overnight in train.

Day 2: Sabarmati Ashram & Heritage Walk

Arrival at 13:35. Check into hotel. Visit Sabarmati Ashram, Akshardham Temple. Evening guided Heritage City Walk covering Siddi Sayyed Mosque, Bhadra Fort, Teen Darwaja, and Jama Masjid. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 3: Science City Exploration

Spend the day at Ahmedabad Science City. Visit Aquatic Gallery, Robotics Gallery, Astronomy & Space Gallery, Hall of Space, and Energy Education Park. Transfer to Kevadia in evening. Overnight in Kevadia.

Day 4: Statue of Unity

Visit the Statue of Unity. Cover the Viewing Gallery, Museum, Valley of Flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam, Laser Show, and Glow Garden. Overnight in Kevadia.

Day 5: Laxmi Vilas Palace & Return

Drive to Vadodara. Visit the magnificent Laxmi Vilas Palace. Drop at Vadodara Station for return train at 18:00 hrs. Overnight in train.

Day 6: Arrival

Morning arrival in Solapur (07:00 hrs).

Day 1: Train to Ahmedabad

Board train from Pune to Ahmedabad. Overnight in train.

Day 2: Ashram & Heritage Walk

Arrival in Ahmedabad (13:35). Visit Sabarmati Ashram, Akshardham, and take the Heritage City Walk. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 3: Science City

Full day at Science City (Aquatic, Robotics, Astronomy, Hall of Space). Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 4: Patan (Rani Ki Vav) & Modhera Sun Temple

Excursion to Patan to study Rani Ki Vav stepwell and Modhera Sun Temple. Overnight in Ahmedabad.

Day 5: Lothal Ruins & Amul Plant (Anand)

Check out and visit Lothal Harappan Ruins. Transfer to Anand to tour the Amul Dairy & Chocolate Plant. Transfer to Vadodara. Overnight in Vadodara.

Day 6: Statue of Unity

Full day excursion to the Statue of Unity: Viewing Gallery, Sardar Sarovar Dam, Jungle Safari, Laser Show, and Glow Garden. Overnight in Vadodara.

Day 7: Laxmi Vilas Palace & Departure

Visit Laxmi Vilas Palace. Board return train at 11:13 hrs. Overnight in train.

Day 8: Arrival

Arrival back at Pune station.

Expenses of personal nature (tips, laundry, phone calls, etc.).

Additional costs due to train/flight delay or cancellations.

Important Booking Terms

Group Size: This package is structured for groups of 90 to 100 in Number.
Accompanying Staff: 6 Teachers accompany the group free of charge (13:1 student-to-teacher ratio cost included).
Uniforms: School / College uniforms are necessary to wear during the main day of the Study tour for identification.
Hotels & Transport: Deluxe and basic 3 Star hotels will be provided (triple or quad sharing). AC buses are used for all local transport.
Documentation: ID Cards of all members are mandatory. All documentation is handled jointly by the company and the institute.

Payment Schedule

50% of the land package amount required to book the package.
Railway or Air Ticket amount must be paid in full in advance.
45% of the land package amount must be paid 15 days before the tour.
5% balance amount shall be made within 7 working days post completing the trip.
