Tour Overview

An intense academic tour touching base in Ujjain, Bhopal, Sanchi, and Bhimbetka. Students explore ancient Buddhist architecture, Mauryan pillars, and Mesolithic cave rock shelters.

Day 1: Train to Indore/Ujjain

Board Train 20915 from Pune at 07:00 hrs. Reach Ujjain by 23:00 hrs. Check into hotel. (Lunch & Dinner provided).

Day 2: Ujjain Mahakaleshwar & Bhopal

Morning study visit to Ujjain Mahakaleshwar, Kal Bhairav, and the new 900-meter Shri Mahakal Lok Corridor. Transfer to Bhopal for overnight stay.

Day 3: Sanchi Buddhist Monasteries

Study trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Sanchi Stupa, Ashokan Pillar, and Great Bow. Visit the Taj-ul-Masajid and Bhopal Tribal Museum. Overnight in Bhopal.

Day 4: Bhopal Regional Science Centre

Visit the Regional Science Centre, IGRMS Museum (Man Museum), and Van Vihar National Park. Enjoy an educational briefing session at Bhojtal in the evening. Overnight in Bhopal.

Day 5: Bhimbetka Rock Shelters

Morning excursion to Bhimbetka Cave Shelters to view Mesolithic era rock paintings. Transfer to Itarsi station for return train journey. Overnight in train.

Day 6: Arrival

Morning/afternoon arrival back in Pune.

Important Booking Terms

Group Size: This package is structured for groups of 90 to 100 in Number.
Accompanying Staff: 6 Teachers accompany the group free of charge (13:1 student-to-teacher ratio cost included).
Uniforms: School / College uniforms are necessary to wear during the main day of the Study tour for identification.
Hotels & Transport: Deluxe and basic 3 Star hotels will be provided (triple or quad sharing). AC buses are used for all local transport.
Documentation: ID Cards of all members are mandatory. All documentation is handled jointly by the company and the institute.

Payment Schedule

50% of the land package amount required to book the package.
Railway or Air Ticket amount must be paid in full in advance.
45% of the land package amount must be paid 15 days before the tour.
5% balance amount shall be made within 7 working days post completing the trip.
