Tour Overview

This package takes students from Solapur/Pune/Mumbai directly to the Eastern Ghats. Highlights include visiting Asia's first submarine museum, exploring limestone caves, and a campus walk at Andhra University.

Day 1: Departure

Board the Mumbai-Vizag Express train from Solapur/Mumbai. Full day train journey with onboard Lunch & Dinner. Overnight in train.

Day 2: Submarine & Naval Warfare

Arrival at Visakhapatnam. Check into hotel. Visit INS Kursura Submarine Museum (Asia's first submarine-turned-museum) and the Aircraft Museum. Overnight in Vizag.

Day 3: Maritime History & Araku Valley

Morning visit to Visakha Museum (Dutch colonial history) and Kailash Giri hilltop park via ropeway. Afternoon transfer to Araku Valley (120 km), visiting the Coffee Museum and Tribal Museum. Overnight in Araku.

Day 4: Borra Caves & Andhra University

Explore the 150-million-year-old Borra Caves. Visit Vizag Port, followed by a study walk around the 422-acre Andhra University campus. Board return train at 20:30 hrs.

Day 5: Return Journey

Full day train journey with meals served onboard. Evening arrival at Solapur/Pune/Mumbai.

Important Booking Terms

Group Size: This package is structured for groups of 90 to 100 in Number.
Accompanying Staff: 6 Teachers accompany the group free of charge (13:1 student-to-teacher ratio cost included).
Uniforms: School / College uniforms are necessary to wear during the main day of the Study tour for identification.
Hotels & Transport: Deluxe and basic 3 Star hotels will be provided (triple or quad sharing). AC buses are used for all local transport.
Documentation: ID Cards of all members are mandatory. All documentation is handled jointly by the company and the institute.

Payment Schedule

50% of the land package amount required to book the package.
Railway or Air Ticket amount must be paid in full in advance.
45% of the land package amount must be paid 15 days before the tour.
5% balance amount shall be made within 7 working days post completing the trip.
